Penny from an Angel

I found a penny today
just laying on the ground
But it is not just a penny,
this little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from Heaven
that's what my Grandpa once told me.
He said that angels toss them down
oh, how I loved the story.

He said when an angel misses you
they toss a penny down
sometimes just to cheer you up
and make a smile out of your frown

So don't pass by that penny
when you're feeling blue.
it may be a penny from Heaven
that an angel tossed to you

grandad we cheered each other up as much as we possibly could ,we had lost nana aqnd found out that u was going to be leaving too. we sat watchin films eating ice cream and makin the most of ur last days . we were a team grandpop a strong 1 . xxxxxxxxx ure gem never been so close to anybody i miss you xx

how brave were u grandad. even though your heart was broken when nana passed u made sure the rest of the family were ok i love you so much. i came to live with you not knowing that soon u would be falling to sleep too...going to be with nana .hardest time of my life i still cant believe your both gone. you held my hand as you fell to sleep grandad and il never forget looking at you thinking u are the bravest man ever. it was so hard to say goodbye but its not goodbye i will see you again someday i love you and nana millions with all my heart always xxx
